it shouldnt be your clutch unless you are really riding it and im sure you can tell if you are. check your radiator incase there is a leak because thats what happened to me when i was driving home from school one day (i ended up getting a new rad because it smelled everytime). although your winter tires are not meant for the summer, they shouldnt be burning like that. also make sure to double check the brake pads incase there is something wrong.

Hope that helps.

I can guarantee its not the tires. I rode on winters for a year and never had a smell.
Do you have exhaust leak maybe? If its facing body of the car, floor can get hot and cause the carpet/rear seat to smell. Also do you have a heatshield? Constant heat could cause from exhaust could cause the body to get hot...
Hm other than that, is the car lowred? Maybe you rub? I remember when I had about 500-600lbs in my old EG in the back which was lowered, every time I'd go over a little bump on the highway, my rear wheels would touch the inside of the wheel weal and burn some rubber off, causing a disguisting burnt rubber smell.
Other than that I don't know, GL

hmm did you do the pads yourself? did a shop do them? i had a horrible smell after i got mine done. turned out the pads were shimmed too much.

although you would notice long before driving thirty klms, due to brake fade and white smoke..... just a thought
