Dont touch Sony IMO. Or fuji, kodak etc. If you want a DSLR look into a canon or nikon. Its not a matter of what company is better, because both manufacturers have pros and cons. I use Canon, and love it. The Xsi is a good choice, IMO, for a beginner dslr. Or the XT (1000d) is another good option. Keep in mind its not a cheap hobby hehe

I say good choice. Like I previously stated, pros and cons to both Nikon and Canon. Difference is, I'm biased now that I have Canon haha. Get the Xsi. Good beginner dslr. If your still unsure, google rebel xsi reviews/comparisons. Like:

Lots of canon folks switching to Nikon now that the D700 performs better at high ISO than any canon model (5D MK IIisn't shipping yet).

yea i know invcestigation has been on for a long while theres oil leaking thats getting in the way of the 02 sensor which is flipping the code but i cannot finr where the oil is coming from at all
