Default Condensation in headlights

I'm starting to get some condensation inside my driver side headlights both high and low beam. I check the rubber rings that go around the bulbs they're in good shape.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this and stop it from happening again? Do I have to take my lights apart?

Matt
