Default Any ideas? cuz im puzzled.

this only happens when we have freezing rain..so im guessing maybe slush n snow but not sure. cars cold..I start off in 1st, then shift into second..and it wont rev past 3000! then i shift into 3rd..no problems..then back down to second and it runs fine! any idea as to why? again..could it be slush n snow jamming the drive shafts?

not likely snow jamming the drive shafts...lol
sounds more like an ignition problem (distributor, spark plug wires) to me,

ignition is all brand new! Its not ignition. I think i might have gotton water or slush into the clutch area..thru the drain holes. and made the clutch slip.

Not to imply, but how clean do you keep your car? We have many customers come in with similar complaints, or even won't rev past such-and-such RPM and we find physical junk (like pop cans and timmy's cups, wrappers, rotten apple cores, you name it) jammed up underneath the gas pedal. Alternatevly, we'll test drive the vehicle and notice if any of the "flotsam" has tendencies to slide in that direction while turning...
