Default Power steering belt removed...comments/thoughts

Wanted to try it out and see what its like to have the PS off the car for a few days. Everyone has their own opinion of the subject so why not try it out...can always put the belt back on...

Right away pulling out of my driveway its instantly noticable, but i can still turn it with 1 hand, just more effort (obviously). Driving above 30 is not a problem, just in parking lots its bothersome.

I hate how bumps push the car around, and it feels really loose (all integras IMO).
Noticed better thottle response, better feel of what the car is doing, more precise steering.

Want to give a chance and see if i like it better...
I'm sure if i decide to take everything out, i'll put a breather inline when i close the PS lines off, to make it easier to steer.

My .02$

steering input requires a lot more strength in slow speed manuvers ie parking, changing lanes in traffic, parrallel parking...

Once up to speed, I'd say above 20kph it's all the same.

Benefits, of removing the powersteering belt/system is you've free'd up some power. How much, I don't know.
