I don't know where that house is, but are you still a baller if your car collection is worth more than your house? I don't think so.

3 itr's let just say $15,000 for the 2 stock ones and $20,000 for the mugen'd itr, he has a 09 bmw m3 which that alone is $90k and the new style nsx which is probably $80,000 and those 2 off-roading machines....worth more than a bungalow although that is one nice, modern bungalow but if its in the southern part of the states where the property values are kakaa then yes, the vehicluars are worth more than the crib

probably took an equity loan on his over priced bungalow to pay for the cars and now he's begging the bank not to foreclose on his a$$

3 old DC2's, an NSX and an M3 = quasi baller

That's not balling. That's being an overextended douche for the sake of internet notoriety.

Ballin is a 5000sq ft house, internlocked driveway and a couple hundred grand worth of landscaping.

^^ that looks more of a dealership/car show then a persons garadge i don't think people will spend this much money on cars that are 1 million +
unless there like bill gates and living in billions...
