Volkswagen unveils Thunder Bunny Concept at Edmonton Auto Show
Edmonton, Alberta - Volkswagen has presented the Canadian premiere of the Thunder Bunny Concept at the 2007 Edmonton Auto Show, following its unveiling at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas last year.
The original Thunder Bunny dated from 1981, when Bill Neumann of Automotive Performance Systems (APS) in California, frustrated that the GTI was available in Germany but not North America, put together a Rabbit-based performance car that he delivered to Motor Trend magazine. The Thunder Bunny popularized Neuspeed, the APS-trademarked line of parts and accessories.
The new Thunder Bunny is built by Neuspeed in collaboration with the Volkswagen Design Center California and features a specially-designed turbocharger, stainless steel exhaust and performance clutch on a new Rabbit.

I actually like the rims. Im sick of all the same looking rims. When Rota is even being copied then you know there is a problem
The graphics must go, but that is personal preference.
My biggest concern with any automobile regardless what company makes it, is it's ability to perform for it's price point.
I'll sit on the fence on this one. :shurg:
