Officers followed two Hondas
The driver of the suspected gold Honda opened his door and was trying to remove the airbag when Plunkett moved in for the arrest. The suspect then jumped back into the car and put it into reverse.
Assisting officers rammed the vehicle and arrested the driver, who attempted to flee. The driver of the other Honda was also apprehended quickly.
