I'm going to go out on a limb here and say since it has a buddy club sticker on it,I'm gonna say buddy club has to make it.

The owner doesn't seem to be a sticker ----- Althought he has a bunch on the windows,So thats the only conclusion i can come up with.

that lip looks better then a type R lip, so since i've never seen it ethier i'm gonna assume its ethier discontinued or custom. But as clean as the car is, i'd still prefer the 92-93 style front bumper over the 90-91
