Default Volkswagen launches special-edition Fahrenheit GTI

Auburn Hills, Michigan - Volkswagen has announced the launch of the exclusive Fahrenheit GTI, which will be available in a limited run of 1,200 vehicles. Availability in Canada was not announced, but VW Canada is displaying one at the Toronto auto show.

Special features on the Fahrenheit GTI include orange exterior, European sport-tuned suspension, 18-inch alloy wheels, leather top sport heated seats, sunroof, orange interior accent trim and floor mat stitching, Fahrenheit badging and its unique vehicle number displayed on the three-spoke perforated leather steering wheel. The Fahrenheit GTI is available only with the automatic DSG transmission

only in auto eh..... and in orange..... perfect for some rich gino kid who will race everything that even slightly moves near a red light.... I don't even really like this Gen of body style.... but that's my .02

The side profile reminds me of an eg. I like these bodies, especially in white.

well i work at VW so I see GTI's all the time, but it would be nice to see one like this roll through. but is it me or does that NOT have a sunroof?

it's weird how the farenheit gti gets the dsg only, but the gli gets the option of a choosing a manual.

has anyone seen a new MK5 rabbit/jetta with a blown tail light yet?

cuz VW can't figure out the problem...it only happens to a select few
