I was wondering if someone could help me out with this. I dont know much about digital cameras except the point and shoot thing. Id like to be able to take some pics and post them, but my problem is I dont know how to either take a "smaller" pic or shrink the ones that I have. I'm trying to aviod posting "huge/warning" pics.

I have a HP 5MP camera. Its nothing special, but is there something I have to do with the camera or do I have to edit it after I take the picture?

if you host them on photobucket, it'll resize them for you.
