Default since the old man is so nosey....(HID retrofit inside)

I have some pics for you Blue Dragon :finger:

Another retrofit in progress: 2000 R6 retrofit using 05+ Mini cooper HID xenon projectors

now on to the pics....

The length including the d2s bulb is just shy of 6 inches. I think these projectors are simliar in size to the Golf projectors.

These projectors are probably the best to use for limite space application, as the space is very limited with the frame, steering triple tree and gas tank because they are right behind the headlights.

I have seen other motorcycles done but most had halogen projectors and not halogen reflector like my R6

Here as some pics for comparison if you haven't seen these projectors before.

Mini Cooper projector w/ the Bezel

Mini Cooper projector (bare projector)

here is a comparison shot against other projectors

From L - R

Halogen Foglight from Porsche cayenne

Mini Cooper single xenon projector - Bosch

E55 bi-xenon Projector

Valeo bi-xenon projector (D1S)

These projectors were supposed to go into my mechanic's 03 R6 but decided he wanted a retrofitted bi-xenon in his Civic so I rigged it up for him this past week using another set of projectors that I had.

Here is the headlight taken apart

The projector put in for test fitting

More progress to come soon.....

... Now Wayne stop breaking my *****! :*****:

Shameless plug for the old fart: If you need projectors, bulbs, and/or ballasts for a HID retrofit application you can PM Blue Dragon ( he needs to money for His finger-looking-good life)

Another Shameless plug for myself:
If you need a integra retrofit application (94-01 headlight) done, PM me

For more pics of retrofits, visit the premiere section as we (fuzzyLSBro, engsr and I ) have assisted many with their retrofits.
