I'm in a contest on a photochop forum and would like some opinions before I submit my entry. Which is better?

I like Chop#1
The background really looks good with the car.

 

I like Chop #2...something about the car standing out because of the background you chose

 

In chop one, you'd lose because the shadows are going in different directions. Look at the shodow of the tree, its completely opposite to the shodow of the rock and car which you took from the original

 

Looking at these pictures at the same time my first reaction was that chop #1 felt out of place compared to chop #2 due to the first one being coloured while the second one being black and white. Personaly I like chop #2 kinda remindes me of an old 50's sciencefiction movie

 

Chop 2
