those are the tires they came with. they are 195/45/16 rims are 16x7. i don't know ---- all about tires ,what size would i need to make them look normal?

I think it was already there probably. Shipping a bunch of rims over with the tires and the packages would have a small chance of getting damaged I guess. But Im guessing the dent was already there since these are used rims (says so on box)

Don't listen to any of these guys who are telling you to ditch the tires. Tire stretch FTMFW! Stretch is gangsta.

Or you can conform to the masses and get the 205-40 and look like everyone else. What offset? Please say it's at least +38.

ditch the tires. stretched tires won't be all that when you curb the wheel, which is easier to do because there's no sidewall protecting the lip. if you nudge the curb lightly or even make the slightest contact, you're fucked. with the proper sized tire, it might save you from mishaps. same goes with pothole rashes and bends, because that type of wheel bends pretty easily...

205/45/16s.
