Figured I'd start a new thread since it takes a good minute for the other thread to load up all those pictures..

i've had my car back for the second day now but haven't had time to shoot some proper pictures.. but here are some shots of the finished product..











and here's a shot of the painted grill :P

JDMcb7: I still have the other lip.. I don't know why i took it off.. wanted a more stock lip.. had that lip on for three years now and wanted something different. I'm considering in picking up a different lip next spring...

it looks really clean, but i like the old lip on there alot better. looks really good none the less.

The way you painted it makes it look stock still. good job.

the typeR lip will go back on in spring. That is the winter beater lip lol

SMOOTHE: I got it painted at a local shop nearby. Place is called O.K. Auto Body.. a friend from elementary school runs the shop.. Turned out really well!

yeah, bruce does a wicked job!

As for plans for the car, there is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done before i dump useless things on it..

I need a new gas tank, passenger side cv joint, master cylinder, a radiator and a new starter.. those are my priority items. I would also like to replace all my bushings as i simply don't trust them anymore. Once all of that is taken care of, I'd like to work on my suspension, and if this tired b18 gives up in the next year, a motor swap will have to be priority. A lot of problems with this ol db1, but i will slowly have everything replaced eventually in the next year.

Then I can concentrate on performance parts. lol. I'm just a cruiser.
