I'd throw a cat on it. is it really worth the ticket or having your plates taken away?

a tune isn't really needed if you just have an exhaust upgrade. it'll help but if you're doing more upgrades soon like cams or something, than just wait

Now all you gotta do is get a b16a head with the golden eagle vtec conversion kit, along with some ARP headstuds. Slap that on.........

And then go tune it!!!!!

I did the conversion myself. 60mm works out to be 2.36 inch. I know there alot of aftermarket set ups that use the same size, thats why it took a while to track down a real 2.5 inch.

60 mm = 2.36220472 in

65 mm = 2.55905512 in

Most b-series exhausts are 2.25, 2.36 and if your lucky 2.5

I got mine custom bent. Mandrel stainless 2.5 inches from the header back with a 2.5 inch high flow cat. To my knowledge there are only a handful of manufactures that sell 2.5 inch cat backs. Hytech does, SMSP does, Kteller sells the kit and you can put it together yourself. I think T1R does.
