Um all your doin is locking your wheels left and right and gassing it, the trays pretty much eliminate any friction in the rear end.

Please stop with the lies.

Buff was right about one thing, there is a lot of negative criticism on the site, its understandable for the plastic part, but the way they continue with bullshit is pretty funny. I'd like to see SMOOTHE show me how his meets are so great. If u read the title of this thread it was 2 years ago, back in highschool people tend to do stupid ----. I'm not that old if ur wondering, I'm only 21. So I think u guys should lay off a bit, cause I've saw u at acura woobine and lol Im sure u were capable of doing stupidness at one time or another.

so I was right all along!

p.s So why has this thread turned into people bashing this? Whocares, he's in an empty parking lot. At BMW drivers training, they teach you to go to empty parking lots to learn your cars physics in cases of bad weather! leave the man alone, we've all done it.

lol, the meets were never MINE but the average number of cars that turned out weekly was 15-20 but from the looks of it, you're gonna have a crazy meet today so maybe you'll start the new trend.

btw, I never did anything like that in a parking lot other than AutoX.

I second that I think we have all done stupid ---- in the past.. My first car was a 93 Ford topaz with the 3.0 v6.. Needless to say I was labled as the burnout king lol. I would go to the end of the parking lot, throw it reverse(it was a auto) and as soon as I was going as fast as I could go I would slam it in drive. I swear I would be burning rubber for almost 50 feet while still going backwards and I would burn out another 20 feet going forward lol. Mind you I wanted that damn car to die and it kept going!! My sister owned it after me and so did my younger brother lol. Great first car

CO-sign.

i've never did stupid ---- like that in parking lots with my car. grow the ---- up and have some sence and stop hiding behind the excuse that you were "yonge"; if you were old enough to drive by yourself then your old enough to have some flippin common sence.

i gotta say if ANYONE even tries to do the stupid ---- like in the first post you'll be tossed out of a torontointegras meet soooo fast it's not even funny.

All I was getting at was most people do stupid ---- in there younger years. No I havent done tray e-brake drifting or drove like a idiot around people playing cricket in a parking lot. But I used to do burn outs and speed, which I have learned my lesson. I have had my lisence suspended twice, and now I have a clean slate. 3 years of clean driving.
Posting that video, I will admit, makes T.I. look bad and I totally agree with fuzzy. If anyone tries that ---- at a meet there tossed out. No questions asked. I would like to hope that the guys here arent that childish though

^sure, I'm 100% with you guys about doing stupid things. I've personally never done anything like this b/c I'd be doing them to my parents or brothers cars and it was a privilage for me to drive them, not a right.

BUT, why do people get super pissed if someone is doing this kind of stuff in a big empty parking lot, with no one around? I see no harm there, if anything, it helps people learn to maneuver their car when out of control and learn the physics behind their car... Worst things worst, they crash into a curb, they incur the repair costs and move on... thats my opinion.

edit: my post was directed to what Fuzzy wrote.

p.s Now I have my own car, and I still dont do this just because I cant afford to fix my car :P

My first 2 cars, which I owned I beat the ---- out of. . When I got my acura I take very good care of it. I take pride in it, so why beat the ---- out of it?? Hell I yell at everyone who gets in the passenger seat to NOT slam the door.. somtimes I think I'm too protective
But I have had guys asked me where the rev limiter kicks in and whats the max speed before the governor kicks in and I tell the I have no clue. Never reved above 7 grand or been faster then 145km/h. Dont have a desire to in the slightest.

the reason ppl get super pissed at dumb ---- like that is because it looks bad against the tuner commuity aswell as younger drivers. cops are called when people call in and report some civic burning out their tires causing a whole bunch of noise; cops are forced to come to the scene but nobody is there; then people with modded cars wonder why we get pulled over for so many "random stops"

these dumb kids who are just "having fun" are doing more than just that, they are giving police and the public reasons to hate on hondas/tuner cars. if you want to learn car controll, get your *** to an auto-x and do it at a legal/safe enviroment...hell that's why they have them.

^thats true. I'm more into the bimmers so I dont get hassled to much when driving that, but when im in my teg, i do. I've been pulled over twice for routine checks and have onlyu owned the car for about 6 months!

edit: so how would u feel if this was in a parking lot far away from any residence?

close to a residence or not, it's still ------- dumb. i'd say even dumber because what if he mounts a curb and goes into a pole....who's around to call EMS? that's right...nobody. so he can sit there with a broken nose and 2nd degree burns to his face from the airbag cause he wanted to have some fun.

but hey, i'm not his father, if he wants to do that dumb ---- then go ahead...just don't expect me to post "sickkk!!!! ill ---- yO!"

There is a ---- head out in Smithville way that is always burning rubber and drifting. You just wait, those cars are getting cheaper and more dumb asses are getting them. They will have a bad rap eventually

Your right, its there own stupid fault. A friend of mine, who is now my brother in law still roasts his tires in his pick up truck from time to time. In a totally deserted parking lot with now one around. What harm will he do hitting a pole at 20 km/h? Ding his truck in, thats it.
Fuzzy, you will love it at Tim Hortons in Smithville around 9 to 10 pm. Every red-neck hill billy with his truck or beater car will do a burn out. Its pretty sad. Not enough cops in that little town

Would love to here from xxbvanxxx on this new topic. The fact that he is proud enough to post this video on T.I. just makes me sick.

Makes me wonder what he is capable of doing now, and Dont say you outgrew your "phase" Your obviously looking back at your work and feeling proud enough to share it with a community.

what will happen to him hitting a pole at 20km/h? probably not much. but replace pole with someone coming out of drivethru.

Huh? I didnt get that.. Regardless I am not saying what he did or does is not stupid and immature. To me tires are too damn expensive. Going to drive reckless? Take it to the track!!

Yeah i saw the video and thought it was really gay too, I kept stare'n at the box on the side wether he was going to hit it or not cuz it was really risky but I don't know exactly if it was there or not. I would never put my car thru this truble BUT like bvan said, he's out of that game and that's the main thing. He shouldn't have posted this

True! Hence the reason why I wouldnt do it.. But this is a deserted parking with no poles or ppl driving in it... But still its stupid. Too many things could go wrong
