looked sick....sounded crazy...expecially when he thought for some reason i was going to race him in the rav 4 :wtf:

there is some d-bag in london who has one (gabby) and he cruises it hard EVERY night down richmond (the "strip" here) on the prowl for young girls. haha

but yes, they do sound sick.

Nice car but very raw and minimalist. Fast to about 120 or more but no top end, unbelievable cramped and sparse cabin and in my opinion, way too much money. For the price of an Elise I'd buy a used Porsche or maybe an M3, anyhow that's my 2 cents.

They look nice but if I had to pick I'd rather take the Exige S.

DAMN...now I have to fight the urge to not wanna find that guy...I loved the burgundy one that was at Bronte two weekends ago and now I'm in LOVE with the white.

The red one you saw...was it a normal red or a darker looking red??

They used to come with B18C (ITR) motors up untill Honda discontinued them. Now Lotus uses Celica GTS motors.

LOL. Ya, his is a base model. I believe it's the 180hp celica engine, 6 speed.
Either way, it's slow and the guy is such a creeper!

The K20A swap in the Elise is a 10-15,000 mod on an already costly car...

You can see, even with the K swap the Elise cannot hang with the Porsche on the top end.

This shows the difference between a stock Exige and a K20A powered one.
