i knew they couldn't have left out the flying Remy kick.... and the way he just murdered Bob Sapp.... daaaayyyuuummmm!!!

So was that football kick at the start...

 

Bomjasky's, Cops and that thai guy in the blue shorts, kicks are the nicest to look at... mostly shin contact.

 

im surprised they dun brake their foots...the ones where they only hit with the tips of their feet i would think would brake the foot for sure...i remember doin that once by mistake and i walked with a limp for days...

 

yeah, usually they'll hit with the top part of their foot or for hard hits, their shins.

apparently, some of the harder kickers have legs like baseball bats..

 

its similar to anything else, when you kick long enough and as many times over and over when training... they become callus and then hard.
