J-body love on a Integra website? HAHAH!!
I havent seen my buddy for a while, and I had no clue that he got the beast up and running. His car is going to be on the JCO calender, and he asked me to take some pictures for him.

He is currently running Megasquirt complete stand alone. It runs pretty good, but spikes up and down a bit at idle.
Im sure by you guys looking at the pics know that its a 32 Valve Northstar V8 from a Cadillac. He is running a 1990 Z24 5 speed tranny, which makes him only of the only few to have a 5 speed Northstar.
He is running Viper Brembo calipers and Im pretty sure Porche rotars.
Can anyone guess rim size?

22" front and 24" rear. IMO the side skirts need to go.. This winter I think he going to re-do the whole body (new kit). This has been his second wild set-up on this car. . So I think he is done engine/tranny/suspension for a while.
As far as how much HP this car has, he has NO idea lol. He just got everything running properly last week. Megasquirt stand alone can be a real bitch

definitly unique with that motor in that car, he should meet my buddy with the Malibu that has a Built 3.4 Liter Turbo.

 

He has probably heard about him lol. His old setup was a m90 supercharger (from a grand prix) on the stock 2.4l motor. He had that setup for less then a year and decided to do something different.
All done by himself and his brother.

 

i would praise him on taking the initative and time spent on producing a possible show car however I really hate J-bodies and especially ricer body kits

All I can say is I have never known anyone with as much dedication as he has. He works on that thing over 4 hours a night. Plus all day Saturday. I agree it's not the prettiest, but the amount of work he did to fit those wheels, and make that engine fit and run is remarkable.

 

dat thing must haul *** man ...!!! ive got a buddy that just put a 3800 GTP in his cavy wit a 6speed tranny he got from somwhere in da states he did a targa top,lambo doors etc. but im not a big fan of j-body's though..!!!

 

WTF?? A 6 speed tranny on a 3800?? Never heard of that! But Im not a huge fan of j-bodys at all.. There all riced out IMO

 

appreiocate the hard work that went into it.. where he from hamilton?

 

he is from St. Catharines area. He was going to take it to scrape but decided not too due to weather.

 

wow.. insane. that is pretty sick but it could use some cleaner styling
