^intake, dented to fock and pancaked header, stock cat, greddy evo catback, ITR clutch, GSR lightened flywheel. that with 302,000km = 117whp.
this was just a dyno to see what i do before i put in the new motor. new motor is: crower 404 cams, crower duel valvesprings/retainers, mild port and polish, valves machined and buffed, head cleaned, head milled 20thousands, B16 PR3 1mm overbore pistons (1.9ltr) ARP rodbolts - 8200RPM redline, crank micro polished, FPR, ITR intake manifold machined to fit the LS head = hopefully more than 117WHP :P |
Dyno
Sounds like the next set up will lead you with better results, when is that going to happen?
Also, just wondering where you had did the dyno pull, and how much it set you back? Thanks, Eth |
the new motor should be done soon now that i got doing my brakes out of the way, the only thing left to do to the car is the motor. Nick at -------- did the pull, $40 for 2 runs. it was located at keele/lawrence area

every motor is built differently...sometimes you get lucky and get a little more than another.

gotta love the late night dyno runs at dynopower...hehehe..
not bad for a stock LS engine with 300k+ on it.......i think my stock LS engine made something like 124 or something with just a filter on a stick intake...... |
haha you should of seen all the smoke he was putting out.
for sure he lost 2L just doing the two pulls LOL |
nice. cant wait to see what numbers the new motor puts down.
smoking on the dyno, reminds me when i dynod my hatch, my si put down 115whp on a blown headgasket, white smoke everywhere. good luck with the motor build. |
