Default A few random pictures

Finally got the chance to post up a few pictures.

At Niagara Falls

Suspension bridge in Blue Mountain

First time ever shooting fireworks

Another fireworks shot

And as always I'm open to suggestions on how to improve these pictures & tips on how to take better shots in the future.
Thanks for looking

Nevermind just checked they were two different settings lol.

The first picture of the fireworks was set at...

Shutter speed: 16 seconds
Aperture: 11.3
ISO: 400

Second one was set at...

Shutter speed: 2.5 seconds
Aperture: 16
ISO: 400

16s on the first firework shot?? Surprised it turned out that well....

I was doing pretty decent with 1s handheld shots the first time I tried, don't know if I would have ever gone that long.

Ya I really didn't know how to set it up at first. But I guess the slower shutter speed is better if you want to capture the tail of the firework as well

No right or wrong way IMO, whatever works, at least you had the sense to use a tripod, lol... I knew I was going to be trying to get some firework shots and left it home anyway.
