Thats knightrider the guy who does these stunts on bikes, he basically goes out and looks for police chases, this stuff is in the UK

You'd think by now SOMEBODY would have caught this guy. It's especially not hard to miss a crazy modded Impreza WRX in the area (that is unless this is all done way outside of where he lives, which for his sake and freedom would be a smart move.. lol)
