Okay, so my car is in the shop. putting in a new front bumper. (old one is cracked up) and putting the USDM Type R front lip and Option Rear cap. using the Type S style Sides(aztec). Do you guys think it would look a bit odd?

Reason i using those sides is because it was the sides that are currently on it. im thinking of rocking the optional sides later. but low on cash right now.

LOL. naw, not even. i wouldnt do a JDM front. i mean Accord front unless its the Type R one.

 

don't you make like 45 k? shouldn't this be a non issue to you? I mean if your already rocking aftermarket side skirts why not spend the $200 and get some optional replica sides.

 

unfortuantly i have bills to pay and debt to pay off. You're as rich as you spend, and i spend way too much money on stupid things(like beer partying eating out). Sure i can get it done, but its not in my budget. and optional sides are about 250. painting them is another 250. so thats 500 bucks more that i didnt plan on spending. and yes i am rocking aftermarket sides. but they were put on like a year ago. so im just going to keep them there for now.

 

lol w.e dude, just slap on whatever you got I don't understand why you want peoples opinions on it. If your happy with it then more power to you, theres alot of worse looking ---- out there. You shouldn't have to ask the community before every mod you make.

Just gonna throw this out there but judging by your posts you seem to want to create a car for TI rather then for yourself...i'm just saying.

 

lol thats true. the reason i ask is mainly to see how ppl think the flow will look. side to rear doesnt look half bad. just havnt actually seen the front lip with these sides. i just hope when it comes out of the shop. the front lip wont be so high up compared to the sides. which is my concern.

 

250 to paint them ZOMG.. I would DIY it up if thats the kind of quotes you are getting.

I would do it myself, or I can give you my cousins contact info down there, does great work, and he probably will give you a better price than that, pm me if you want more info.
