Default Brakes are on! WOOT!

Well only the front! I just finished installing them, but the wife was already asleep, so no bleeding for me. I'll do the rears tomorrow

The crud that builds up around the hardline for the nut on the brakes took some scraping, but some liquid wrench made quick work of the tough nut.

I had to buy a lb.in torque wrench to change the rotors to the new ones that I picked up woot , and I haven't used the grinder that I bought from crappy tire, but I think I'll use the cut off wheel to get rid of the dust shield on the rear.

Looks good Wayne.
Out of curiosity, wasn't the springs separate from the shocks?

^^ Springs and struts are seperate only on the rears.
Jeff, I have to remove part of the rear dust shield because of the overhang of the bigger rotor

Gravity Bleeding (Taken from the net)

Calipers, especially rear calipers with all the parts and crevices can trap air inside them. Gravity bleeding is the best method we have found to bleed calipers. To gravity bleed, take the caliper off the bracket but leave the flex hose connected. Take the top off the master cylinder and keep filled. Hold the caliper so the flex hose is going slightly uphill to the caliper. Open the bleed screw so fluid and air will slowly come out of the bleeder. You can move the caliper around, hit it with a rubber hammer to knock air bubbles loose. When the fluid runs clear, do the other side and then do both calipers again. (Do not push the pedal until you install the calipers on the rotors) Remember that air bubbles rise. The bleed screw must be at the top where it breaks into the caliper cylinder to get the air out. (The bleeder might be pointing to the front) Rear calipers have their mounting screws one above the other. Front calipers sit on approximately a 45-degree angle

Thanks again to Trenell for helping me bleed them. We did find out just have stiff the chassis is. With a jack stand under one rear corner, we had both the front wheels in the air :o

I gotta bed the pads now, but I'll do that tomorrow and take some pics then. Fuzzy, I couldn't wait until tomorrow night, I have to be at work early saturday to work on some critical stuff. I really need to get a full 8 hours tomorrow night. Thanks for the offer though.

Jonn you don't "babysit" your own children... you better not let your wife hear that...she might give you one of these....:nut:

Altona north of Tauton, smooth as a baby's bottom, all farms, no lights, no traffic = lots of space to bed pads . It went good
