Raise it and add an ITR spoiler other than that it looks good.

edit: paint your rear wiper arm

loose the clear corners.

get a bigger set of rims, at least oems like swirlies, meshies or si(R)s.

buy an si-vtec lip replica lip from jdmshit.com because it's not going to break like the original.

retint the windows, but take off the 3rd brake light before you get it done.

actually how are your calipers, wheel bearings and ball joints?

5 lug it with with 16" JDM ITR wheels in gunmetal.

that would look sick!!!

Nope I dont think it will.

Larger rims (16 w 40 series tires maybe 45 but I prefer 40) You can leave the corners if you really want. Get the front lip, paint the mirrors and do the harlem shake like platty p when youre done.

Edit - repaint your wiper arms black and wax de car.

Well, seeing as how basically nothing has been done, I would suggest taking care of the big things first: making it look nice just at stock. Get some normal ambers, paint the faded and chipped black painted arms, get it buffed and possibly wetsanded, paint the door mouldings, and just get it into decent shape.

Focus on other things when the car is a better base platform.

in the almost 7 years i've owned an integra, i have never seen so many cut 94-7 bumpers in my life. i think it's a ontario thing, just like all the funky licence plate mounts.
