Future plans for the year 2010.
Skunk2 Intake Manifold.
Skunk2 Headers.
All new Calipers (undecided which ones)
Front Slotted rotors (KVR)
All new brake pads (Possiblly KVR No Dust pads / Hawk HP+'s)
Have some sort of coilovers on it have some that I have no clue what they are might try them out.
Front Recaro seats (black red stitch)
Type R Door Panels.
Type R rear valence.
Optional Side Skirts.
If money allows a paint job end of the year or early next spring (keeping it milano red)

Will be updating this often if I remember anything else I'll post it right up.

DAAAAAAAAAAMN. NICE BUILD! My suggestion though would be paint first, then everything else after. Cuse either way, finding the skirts and valences is gonna take time, the coilovers are expensive as is, and recaros are everywhere but eeeeeeeeh, its money that can go to the paint. so you can be matching.

No point of painting it when its sitting in the garage not going anywhere so i wanna have everything ready to go so once im ready to put it on the road ill get a paint job and its ready for the road ;)

Thanks Ryan im gonna need a hand putting the carpet in was a bitch taking my old one out espically around the and being the deck so i ended up cutting it lol don't care about the old one.

The thing you will have to worry about is not breaking the panel clips and everything else is easy when removing the carpet. I did mine last summer.

Update!!!

So Ryan a neon Dave really help me out one day and we got the carpet in and new "cf" climate control. Thanks again guys. Everything will be finished tonight and vaccuumed. Just have to put in the front seats and seat belts. And figure out how to hold down the carpet on the sides where the plastic is. Pictures will explain what I mean lol. Will have pictures up this evening. Stick around folks.

finally!! i will need whatever you used to hold dowm the carpet. god damn honda clips!

Good thing he fed you guys or i would have something to say about it! i do NOT lend out my hubby for free labour! Cant wait to see the teg out on the road...unlike rye and dave, i have yet to see it! build is coming along nicely so far tho!!!

Paul. Get some LCA bolts. You WILL need it. Unless you've been soaking them in PB blaster DAILY.

Those are LCA. Bolts are really that bad?

ya i told him to throw some pent fluid on them all week, because i dont want to making this a whole day thing when i help him today. Im headin over there soon, and let you guys know how easy/hard this is gunna be LOL!

Update: so project suspension is a kinda on a stand still we wereable to take one lca off by the end of Sunday we had to cut 2 of the bolts 1 bolt Ryan the other my dad. Project will continue tommorrow and hopefully the other side goes better.

Thanks Ryan for getting me the bolts. Pics will be up of the progress tommorrow evening. Stay tuned folks. Tegs almost ready for the road oh and that whole head gasket thing lmao maybe that will get done by the help of some ti members :).

Torch the bushings man. youre putting in the other LCA's anyway so just to speed it up torch the bushing out.

It was done Vida we had a torch even with that it was horrible.

The flame aint hot enough mayyyyyne. You'll have to torch them for a LOOOOONG time.

sorry Paul, have to spill the beans....... THE REARS ARE DONE!!!! WOOOOOOTT!! Just got back from Pauls and after leaving fustrated with the passengers side LCS's...he called me and said the broke free and the rear is lowered LOL!

Next is the fronts....

fronts will come out easy. Theyre like butter compared to the rears.

The drop looks really nice. When did you manage to finish the whole project?

The right and fronts took me and my dad a total of like 1 hour to an hour and a half it was really only the rear left that gave me trouble other then that it went smooth.

Back needs to go a liiiiiiiiitle bit lower. loool jks.

looks sweet... bet it rubs when u go over a bump.... what is the advantage to those anyways corner better.. that suspension has a lot of body roll to start with....

That swaybar should eliminate a lot of the body roll.

Honestly I never really felt body roll after I put on the sway bar awhile back when I was on stock height. But with this suspension set up I don't even know how it is since I only drove it around my streets so for all I know they could be done. But only time will tell.

So yesterday tackled yet another project..got myself new type r doors and door panels and went about to get them installed. Removing my old door shells was no problem it was when i was noticing all the differences, I noticed the new doors were power lock ready and the windows did not have the window motor...so I had to remove my window motor from the old door shells and install them in the new door (thanks Ryan for the install) The next trickiest thing was the door locks since they have to me change due to not being able to use my key to unlock them so that was a challenge in itself. So after the passenger door handle failing ended up using the white door handle which wont with my key which never worked anyway so it was pointless trying to change them anyway. so one door installed and the other side no door at all will tackle the driver side some time this week..main reason I got these doors was looking at painting the car and wanted to remove the side moldings so this will save me a few hundred bucks when i take it to the body shop.

Oh and suppose-ably these panels are extremely rare due to it having blue carbon fibre only made 2001 Type R's had them so that was nice to find out (Thanks Ryan)

Just take the entire door handle and locking mechanism from your red doors and swap it into the white door.. you'll have red handles.. but who cares if your painting it anyways?? I did the same thing with my teg.. lol had a white door handle on a black door that I had to replace.

Its funny I did this very same task a few months ago. Taking off the door handles were tricky indeed but I did get it done. I had to switch my wire harness into the new doors as it had the window and motor. I actually finally got around to installing the speakers yesterday.

^^^ funny you should mention that I am so lazy to put the speakers in...thinking of putting them into the accord:) and getting some real good and crisp ones for the teg:)
