just go west on the 401, its the exit after Trafalgar fuzz....

if tis still at Glen Eden here are some direstions form the actual site:
From Toronto or Mississauga

-Take Hwy. 401 west to Hwy. 25 (Exit 320) north to No. 5 Sideroad.
-West on to No. 5 Sideroad to Tremaine Rd.
-South on Tremaine Rd. to Kelso Rd.
-West on Kelso Rd. to Glen Eden.

From Hamilton or Burlington

-Take the QEW to Hwy. 25 (Exit 111)
-North on Hwy 25 to Derry Rd.
-West on Derry Rd. to Tremaine Rd.
-North on Tremaine Rd. to Kelso Rd.
-West on Kelso Rd. to Glen Eden.

From Oakville

-North on Hwy 25 to Derry Rd.
-West on Derry Rd. to Tremaine Rd.
-North on Tremaine Rd. to Kelso Rd.
-West on Kelso Rd. to Glen Eden.

From Kitchener/Waterloo or Guelph

-Follow the 401 east until Guelph Line (Exit 312).
-North on Guelph Line to No. 5 Sideroad.
-East on No. 5 Sideroad to Tremaine Rd.

-West to park entrance.

i did this quick while i'm at work. If you can see Tremane Road, and then 3rd sideroad, it is just off 3rd sideroad which is just off the map.

It's 2 exits after Trafalgar. The one after Trafalgar is James Snow Parkway. BTW thanks Marko.

don't forget bring lawn chairs, baseball gloves, soccer ball, frizbee etc...and a 2x4, in case we play a game of cricket. we'll need a week off work too. :P
