for sale is my 1997 integra with a b20vtec swap.

list of parts are as follows:

engine: b20z block, b16a head, ported and polished, blox intake manifold, gsr cams, type r valves and valve springs. new timing belt, water pump, head gasket, distributor, spark plugs & wires, cam seals, valve cover gasket, alternator, battery (new in nov. 2011), new clutch (oem type r) all the parts listed are new from may 2010 and the work was done at Defcon racing.

transmission, suspension & misc: LS transmission(great hwy mileage), new shift linkage bushings, skunk2 dual bend short shifter, H&R race lowering springs, newer type r struts, nardi deep corn steering wheel with NRG quick release hub, gsr cluster, brembo cross drilled rotors front and rear, hawk hp+ pads front and rear, all calipers have been rebuilt (2010).

all fluids are motul,(clutch, engine, transmission, brake) engine oil is changed every 5000km.

I'm only the 2nd owner of the car, and the original owner was my mother, this car hasn't ever been involved in any accidents, the interior is very clean and all original, the car is being sold with the oem rims and winters, however i have a set of rota slip streams on toyo proxies that i will be selling separately or will include with the car for 500.00 if interested. The car runs great, not driven to much as its my second car, doesn't burn any oil, selling because I'm moving into a condominium and will only have one parking spot.
