1994 Acura Integra RS - $3000

I have a 1994 Acura Integra RS for sale, in Other - Ontario.
Mileage: 92000km
Engine Size: 2.0L
Asking price is $3000
Hi. I am sell my 94 Acura integra RS. The body has 340,000 kms, but the engine has around 92,000 kms. The body has been repainted in Championship white (Integra Type R colour). The side molding have also been shaved off the doors and quarter panels. There is rust starting on the rear wheel arches like normal for Honda's. The car still has a valid Etest untill February 2013. The only thing it needs for safety last time I checked the car out is rear seat belts ($40-$50 from a junk yard).
The brakes have lots of life left on them, with about 85% life left on the front and back. The e-brake needs to be adjusted. The driver side door needs the lock redone to use the key to unlock it (needs to get in the car from passenger side). The transmission grinds a little going into 3rg gear.
The car runs & drives great and is great on gas (500 kms to a tank). The engine bay has been painted gold when the engine swap was done.
The car has lots done to it, and below is a full list of everything it has on it.
The car is located in Burlington, Ontario.
I'm asking $3000 as-is with Rotas or $2700 as-is without Rotas
