Regular oil changes every 5,000km (only Mobile 1 synthetic or Amsoil), only Honda or K&N oil filters. Tranny fluid flush last year using Honda MTF2 (Shifts smooth, no grinds) Have a binder of receipts for most of the work that has been done over years including the engine swap, alarm install, oil changes, brake jobs etc..

Approx. 195,000km on JDM motor (timing belt, water pump and tensioner were done at approx. 145,000km and replaced with only OEM Honda parts). Same time as when most of the work was done to the motor. Very strong engine, with A LOT of life left. I have owned this car for the last 10 years.
