Default Wiper Problem

Hey all,

I am getting a problem with the wipers on my girlfriends integra. I think that the park switch is going because the wipers are not returning to the bottom when you shut them off. Is this a problem with the switch itself or the wiper motor? Also if it is the switch, how hard would it be to get one that has the full intermittent setting on it. Also one of the wiper nozzles is spraying down too far, is there a way to adjust these?

pop off the plastic cover right above the wiper motor, and check the arm links. i had that problem late this summer, and found out that the link that connects to the wiper motor to the wipers were corroded, and snapped. you'll either have to ghetto rig something, or just replace the motor all together.

as for the nozzles, stick a needle or something similar in the hole, and aim them upwards.

HTH.

Cool thanks a lot I will have a look at it. I do not think that it is snapped though cause this happens randomly and works most of the time.
