Could probably do it yourself... Not sure what all is involved in gaining access to the tank, but maybe someone else on here more familiar with tegs can chime in on that...

I'd go to an autowreckers and pull as much off another teg as I could find. Tank, pump, wires, lines, everything.

youll need a jack and safety stands to make this easy, jack the front up a little bit so the wheels are off the ground ( block the back wheels and make sure ebrake is on so car doesnt roll ) now youll have to peel back the driver side splash guard where it attaches to the front bumper enough to get your hand and to get the washer fluid bottle in, the washer bottle should go in so the filler neck goes through a hole in the engine compartment near the drivers side headlight, after getting it in there is a 10mm bolt that goes in at the top, and there should be one on the bottom as well, after that plug in the washer fluid pump, if theres hoses present basicly plug them in, if not the front washer lines run from the plastic windshield cowl where the sprayers are located then past the driver side strut tower then along the fender where it finally goes down to the washer fluid motor, the rear washer line you better hope is there cause if not you have to rip your interior out to get it to the rear sprayer (if this is the case the rear washer isnt all that important i very rarely use mine), let me know if you need me to clarify anything in more detail. im an apprentice at a dealership so i have to deal with this kind of stuff
