How about a JDM type R cluster, will that fit without any problems in a 95 ls?

plugs are the same the circitry is not. you will have to replace the green backing film off yours to the new cluster because of the OBD 1 vs 2 differences from pre 96 ot 96-01 and in the case of JDM clusters/electrical 93-94 and 95-00
