Default who has done the JDM ITR conversion?

Im working on a JDM front conversion, before i just jump into it i was wondering if anyone has any hints or tips.

I was planning on using a snap-on spot weld drill bit.

of couse i will remove the existing one on my car first so not to mess up the JDM support.

are there any fitment issues?

^that's a nice teg, but all you need to do is get your bumper grills painted black.

^^eeww, your headlights are wired wrong :P

i've done the conversion on my own a little while ago, it was a breeze -- but very time consuming.

i didn't replace the whole rad support though, just the "T" section of it. there's a lot of debate as to which method is better. i dont have any major fitment issues, something i was really worried about when i was doing it. whatever panels that aren't lined up on my car currently can easily be fixed by re-adjusting, (headlights, fenders, bumper, grill).

check here for some pics:

if you need any advice, give me a shout on MSN. kthnxbye.

Sunroof & username... sure

But I know because he bought it off of someone on the LAC boards a while back... I think his engine bay is still black? The guy was asking for like 6 or 7g's right after it was painted.

I guess the truth is unless it hass been imported it isnt a JDM ITR.... I like the front clip.. so im mounting it to my GSR and Yes It has a sun roof!! but it is only a GSR, all i can ever be... I like the sunroof too alot.. and other than Black ITR seats that all that my Teg has as JDM. 50% of my car and 80% of the motor is not from Japan at all.. its happens everywhere on all forums that if you have a JDM clip on a GS/R u get cut up.... some of us arn't trying to build a clone....Just a piece of our selves ....

almost correct
http://www.londonautoclub.org/web_fo...egra+jdm+front

engine bay is the dark grey/silver color, but paintjob was done very well

EDIT: this is NOT an itr, nor will it imitate it (debating on removing the wing), thus the reason i didnt go with the black headlights, its got the chrome's still, and if you noticed the sunroof, and also that it is 4 bolt pattern on the wheels
