Default Whistling

For the past 2 months I have been getting this whistling sound coming from intake/manifold…it only happens in between 30-70% throttle…and it has become progressively worse as time goes on …...ive tried everything…Ive taken out the intake pipe to check for anything in the way…changed filters…its really loud and annoying any help will be great…. cheers

Its completely normal. It happens with an exposed/high flow filter.
