I would say Autoparts there is this store that carries the same thing as Canadian tire so stock stuff just a little cheaper they are located on dundas just west of dixie on the north side.

honestly look up ahon auto parts they r at st Clair and Runnymede in toronto/northyork and they have great prices on parts i drive down there from sauga a lot of the times to buy parts and they almost always have the parts in stock ready for purchase

and they have both cheaper and more xpensive parts like theyll tell u starate up cheaper parts are made in china and the better ones r straight from japan

like pads for example china pads 20 bucks and japapn pads r like 60 lol

last time i bought rotors for my da for like 21 bucks a piece
i did a tune up for like 175ish...plugs wires dizzy cap etc (NGK)

i dunno ahon is the best japenese car parts store i came across...its a small grimey shop but its very reasonable beats crappy tire or napa anyday
my fuel filter was about 50 bucks at napa and it was under 30 from ahon like $24 plus tax

just check it out

Cawthra automotive in mississauga. Always get good prices for oem replacement parts such as sensors/belts etc. They dont have any aftermarket/performance parts but for maintenance and general repairs, they will have cheaper prices than most places.

For timing belt and water pump obviously get oem parts.

For rotors? Remember that the brand/quality is really reflected on the price. Its why you pay more for ---- like Brembo. I think option Jdm had a deal going on for KVR pads and rotors (blank, slotted, crossdrilled, crossdrilled and slotted) and so on for like 200 bucks?

Call around man. I know of one place for the odd part here and there. Not OEM stuff. Stuff like brakes, spark plugs, wires, filters, anything really. World Choice Auto Parts. at Rexdale and Martingrove. Google it. It tends to be alot cheaper than most places around .
