A) Go and talk to them like I did n ask nicely to have them fix it..n them say they cant fix half of it.
B) Call the better business bureau
C) Small claims court?

they garenteed my car in 10 days...and i got it in 18, and lost a day of my may 24 because of it..and they trying to charge me extra because they had to work that day. Im a little peaved at how shity the body work turned out. what should I do?

talk with them again. Try bringing a father or older male figure with you if your not old

other than that, there's not much you can do

Yup go back with an older person preferrably male ( I know I know it sounds sexist but thats how it goes) Sit down and talk to them about it. If that doesnt work document everything and to small claims court you go!

I hate body work shops. That's crappy yo. If they have a good rep then I don't see why they wouldn't fix it. I use Raj at Discovery Auto Collision in Mississauga. I've taken my car back for touch up work on even stuff that was my fault and he's fixed it for me for free. Plus, he's mixed up extra touchup paint 6 months later at no cost. Hope your guy is the same.

WTF is small claims court going to do? Good luck proving any of the problems (paint chips, misaligned bodykit etc) are the shop's fault.

Next time be smarter about how you spend your money.

that's right, unfortunally you can't prove it's fault of the body shop, and not the body kit company.

I agree, take an older male figure - father, uncle - whoever u feel more comfortable with, sit down, be blunt, if your too friendly they'll take advantage of you, then i guess court if nothing gets resolved, but good luck
