Default want to change cluster lighting...how?

hey guys! i want to change the interior lighting of my cluster and my climate control. does anyone know how to take off those panels or anyone done it before?

actually..figured out the cluster..but for the climate control..do we have to take off the panels on the side to get to that bulb?
