Default Tune Shop

I am interested in getting a tune on my 1990 Integra. Its a stock B18B engine with the basic bolt ons, cold air, header, ractive exhaust. Would it be worth getting a tune for this set up? I just want as much power as I can without tearing out the engine. Where are some shops around (Ottawa, Toronto) that are reputable in doing tunes. Also what is an estimated price for this.

For those simple upgrades there is no point in a shop to tune your car. Just reset you ecm/ecu and continue to maintain the car as usual.

For the price of a dyno and whatnot to tune its not really worth it for those upgrades BUT you can always tune to try and make the best of what you have currently, but in my opinion its not worth it

A proper dyno tune would run you about 450-600 depending on the shop. For that price you could just get a new intake mani and a bigger throttle body. Would help more and you would still be fine with stock software.
Hell pick up an itr intake mani, those aren't even that much, and it would benefit you more than a tune.
