So I'm buying a 92 gs-r and the tranny is gone. So I'm trying to figure out what is good to go with for everyday driving.I want one with short gears. Any suggestions and have you guys ever had any problems when you swapped your tranny? and what tranny was it.

YS1 tranny is the most short geared, you test drove it in my car, also another good tranny is Y1

 

your car had the sir tranny right?
This guy is selling a jdm b16 ys1 tranny for $500 with linkage. I think I'll just cop that.
