Default trailer arm bushing

How are the Poly Bushings DCs. Looking to install a pair of bushing below.
Anyone know if the tabs on the bushing place on the inside or on the outside of the trailing arm?
I have some squeeking and massive thumping or bumps would that be the problem?

i was told that going with polyurethane bushings that the ride will actually be more harsh, but they are more stronger, i'm in the same boat and i'm just sticking with oem bushings or hard rubber.
