suspension
I am currently on KYB GR-2 shocks and OEM GSR springs. My car is a 94 GSR and its riding like crap.. I feel every little bump and the car seems like its on water, I get his floating, always bounching type of feeling. Is it the springs?

Look for leaks on the shocks. Then separate the shocks from springs. Push the shafts on the shocks down by hand all the way to the bottom. They should give you equal resistence all the way down, then come back up slowly. Listen weird squeaks or air pokets. Then take another shock from the other side and both shock shafts all the way down. They should both come back up at similar speeds. If one rises too fast, too slow or not at all, something is off. If they're fubared, call John at OptionJDM and order a set of BC racing specs.

but I bought these brand new like 2-3 months ago.. I was thinking either its the springs that are gone and not holding and shock absorb or it might be the control arm or something in that line.

Not likely. Springs sag over their life span, not become bouncy. It's the shocks that keep your car in place. Bushings don't have much play and you'd hear or feel different symptoms. Check your warrantee. 2-3 months is not acceptable. They may also be the wrong ones for your car - either too loosely valved or too stiffly valved causing them to blow prematurely on weak springs.
