hey everyone,
i was given 5x7 TYPE R alpine speakers. there beautiful and i got them for free so why would i argue.
Only problem is, my 2000 integra has 6.5 holes all around. has anyone managed to get this size in? I have tried looking everywhere for adapter plates, but it is kind of impossible to find a plate that goes to a bigger size.

I have placed the speakers in the 6.5 holes and they fit, i just need a way of getting it on there.


any help?

 

Last I checked you'll be able to fit up to a 6x9 in the Integra provided you make some custom brackets for them. Some plastic sheeting is ideal.

I believe there was an article on this on Team Integra. Have a look on there and see if that helps.
