theres a difference in the gap what car do you need it for? I can probably hook you up if you need. msg me your make model year, and what motor. I'll check into it for you if you want.

actually there isn't a different in the gap....they're all pretty much .044".
The LS/b20's use the ZFR5F-11's which is a heat range of 5.
The b16/GSR/ITR's use BKR6E-11's which is a heat range of 6.
The -11 means they come pre-gapped to .044"

check it up on there. search up your car, and compare to other vtec motors and compare w.e u need.
Not saying you cant use it , because i know people that do but what Zmans saying is true.

lol wtf....that site says all the b-series vtec engines (except ITR) should have a gap of .052" and doesn't even list copper cores (v-power)....interesting.
What doesn't make sense is if the gap should be .052" why they're saying to use the BKR6EIX-11 and not -13 like they're saying for the "laser platinum/iridium". The -13 means they'll be gapped to .052" according to this page on their website.

I also read (on the ngk site if i remember correctly) that you shouldn't alter the gap of the plug more than .005".....but I could be way off on that number.
