When my car is turned off my tail lights intend to stay on while making the ting ting sound when my driver door is open. Aventually my battery died so i ended up boosting and jump starting it and nothing happend, it didnt start. I checked all my fuses under the dash and hood. Even try'd taking them out while it was making the ting ting sound with the door open. I dont understand what so ever . And when I do boost it again the tail lights will be on on till the battery dies again. If someone could give me there TWO cents that will be great I would very much appreciate it.

sounds like a relay could be gone.. i could be wrong tho.. do they come on by there selfs or there just always one or do they stay on after you turn them on.. when you boost the battirey do they come back on? also do you have alarm installed?
