Default smoke from exhaust

Hey just had a quick question, I've got a B18c5 and apparently when i hit vtec i get a lot of smoke coming out of the exhaust. I'm just wondering what are the common problems which cause this and how to fix.

Thanks!

hey man i did the same swap awhile back and also when i hit v-tec i get alot of smoke coming from the back...i got told 2 things depending on the cat you have..since some cats will block out more then the others...and also our motors run rich causing the smoke this is what i have heard causes this...im pretty sure a good tune would help knowing the air/fuel ratio.

Adam I most likely think it's the valve seals or the rings that are letting the oil get into the combustion camber. Because I know most VTEC Honda when beatin on for so long, the valve seals like to not seal that good any more at higher RPM's (like in VTEC) so the oil just goes pass them into the combustion camber. More is the engine still losing oil fast like is have been over the last year, because I remember the time I you where in when I did your clutch to keep an eye one it, because there was like only a 1L left in the engine after only like 2 months since I did the last oil change on it?

Ya I'm still loosing oil I'm gonna do a compression test too to see if all my cylinders are working ok...How expensive is it to get the valve seals done?
