some guy was selling an rsx muffler on off his integra a couple of months ago. i think the pipe would need to be modified to fit. the rsx muffler is a 2.5", right? find some nice b-pipe for it and it would be a nice, sleeper exhaust.

I found this site where this guy installed a Type S muffler on this integra and he said it fitted perfectly and the sound and performace was really good. He had a 2.25 pipping, which I have as well (custom)

well he stated that he has a custom 2.25 pipping and a custom resonator, therefore it might have better air flow. Also the engine difference but I am surprised how louder it is on a integra compared to a rsx.

well I installed it today, it looks exactly like the picture.unfortunatly it doesn't sounds the same, mine is really quiet because I have a really big resonator from my previous muffler. but its really nice and the car flows really smooth. Also got my Master Cluth Cylinder changed today. SO shifting is also Super smooth.

unfortunatly mine doesn't sound the same as the one in the video Also because I have a custom pipping, the muffler isn't aligned properly, it slants to the left a little bit... I am gonna go find a different machanic who specializes in mufflers and re-do the pipping properly and put a smaller resonator so it sound better.

Also remember, if you don't currently have a header, once you put one on it will get louder.

So if you don't have one now, try adding a header first then see how it sounds.

Header, I am gonna pass on. I don't have the money for one right now. I am more concerned of the big *** resonator restricting the air flow.

I had an rsx as some of you know. its 2" 160hp version. type s i think its the same. couldnt hear anything from the muffler stock but thats cuz the rsx comes with a huuge resonator/muffler before the muffler.

In the vid it also sounds loud because the camera is right beside it and it seems to be in an enclosed environment.
