Default RPM bounces after 6-7k Don't know whats wrong

So i did some research on the forums

My RPM is working PERFECT until i hit 6-7 K
After that the needle goes crazy bouncing from 6- 9 all over
so its not smooth anymore .

I :

1.) unplugged all the dizzy plugs
2.) replugged everything
3.) checked the sensors on the dizzy

And problem still there ( im sorry neighborhood for hitting vtec at 3:02 a.m.) but the problem bugs me

I HAVN'T
Touched any grounds on the car yet maybe its loose? but if it was i'd guess it would bounce around regardless not just on 6-7 k

It started when i was driving and went over a bunch of consecutive bumps on airport road (crappy *** roads they never fix what really needs to be fixed) and as it went over them pretty quick i saw the tach bounch all over and then after it went below 4k it went smoothly again.

Someone said my dizzy is done and i need another one?? but i don't see why it would be if its just a bunch of bumps and high revs.

Any help please,
Also if your going to reply and say " take the dizzy cap off etc"
Leave detailed instructions LOL and any precautions
Just in case
Thanks
