Confirmed. I just installed a 99 Civic SIR thermostat into my 94 gsr yesterday. It cost $45.00 from honda after tax.
The upper and lower rad hoses from Honda was gonna be about $220.
The upper and lower rad hoses from Canadian Tire were $40. The only difference is that the lower rad hose is about 1" shorter so you have to strech it more and the upper rad hose is too long, gotta cut off 1.5" at the rad connector part. I went with the Canadian Tire hoses.
Overall about $120 for thermostat, upper and lower hoses and two jugs of prestone premixed coolant.
